We offer the Transplate Voyager pack assembled, with options of all 4 backplate sizes for the perfect weight and trim. that reduces the need for bulky weight systems and evenly distributed weight for balanced and perfect Trim, everytime. Perfect for colder temperate waters, A complete single-tank wing package that pairs the comfort of the Transplate harness with the trim benefits of an XT stainless backplate and Voyager wing. The 35 lb lift wing is shaped for good in-water balance and surface support, while the included hardware, cam straps, and crotch strap help deliver a Pre-assembled system for divers moving into a more streamlined setup. Built from rugged ballistic nylon with abrasion-resistant side panels, it is a great option for divers wanting a durable, travel-capable wing system with technical styling and everyday practicality in all diving conditions. all packages are supplied with a 16 inch corrugated hose and inflator in a Rapid dump exhaust

Voyager wing

The Voyager Wing offers 35 pounds of lift, making it ideal for diving steel cylinders in warm water or heavier exposure protection in moderate temperature waters. Featuring an innovative 3D contoured design, these wings hug the cylinder closer than ever before, offering precise lift placement for improved trim underwater and optimized surface flotation. The Voyager Wing is made of a durable 1680 ballistic nylon material with SuperFabric® brand technology side panels for added protection and abrasion resistance. Available in the diver’s choice of rapid exhaust or elbow in 12, 16, or 22 inch lengths. This modular wing pairs seamlessly with the TransPac, TransPlate, or any other metal backplate and harness. Available in Black, OD Green, Blue, Red, and Pink. Made in the USA.

Transplate harness

A hybrid harness designed for divers who want the support of a backpack-style harness for better weight-load distribution, yet wish to dive a hard metal backplate. Designed like a mountaineer’s backpack, the TransPlate harness disperses weight across the hips and back, minimizing shoulder strain. When used with a six pound steel backplate, divers can remove or minimize weight pockets. Adjustable straps adapt to a wide variety of exposure suits and means easy donning and doffing. The modular design allows for customization with a wide variety of pockets and accessories. Available in sizes Small through XXL. Note: Stainless steel backplates, XT Lite backplates, and cam straps are sold separately. Made in the USA.

TECH SPECS

• Shoulder pads constructed of 1000 denier ballistic nylon fabric for tear and abrasion resistance. Two-inch (50mm) nylon webbing rated at 7,000 lbs breaking strength forms the shoulder straps and waist strap.
• Four 2-inch D-rings on each shoulder strap are slightly bent for improved access and placement can be adjusted. Note: Size Medium has only one 2-inch D-ring per shoulder strap due to space limitations.
• Marine Grade 316 stainless steel hardware is used throughout including: (2) bent D-rings on each shoulder strap(except MED that has only 1 bent D-ring per shoulder) and (2) waist D-rings, XT chest plates, belt buckle, cam strap buckles, and side plates.
• Shoulder straps feature pivot rings at chest level for comfort, fit, and load distribution.
• Acetyl resin engineered plastic quick release buckles on shoulders for easy doff and don.
• One-inch nylon webbing rated at 2,200 lbs breaking strength and a Delrin 1-inch quick release buckle are used for a chest strap.

BACKPLATE SS

Our laser-cut, CNC deburred and electropolished backplate was designed with rounded corners to prevent pressure points and snagging. Built-in holes for for bungee allow divers to sidemount stage bottles without the need for modification, and slots for cam bands make it easy to carry a single tank with no need for an adapter. At 5.5 pounds, this backplate is perfect for diving with aluminum tanks, thick undergarments or anywhere extra weight is needed.
